This non-commercial radio station broadcasts 24/7 and is the first of its kind in the region. Programming includes a variety of content aimed at different times of the day and interests. Mornings can start with exercise, followed by intellectual stimulation in a program called "University" which focuses on philosophy. The midday break is suggested for listening to author's songs. The "Time of Culture" program introduces listeners to artists, composers, and writers, and features discussions on historical events such as the Prokhorovskoye field battle. The station also offers classical music segments and fairy tales for children before bedtime, alongside historical programs about the Fatherland. Online streaming is available around the clock through six different quality streams, including MP3 and AAC formats. The station has been operating online and offline for over ten years, supported by its listeners.
