The network was established by playwright and politician Mircea Bradu, who served as its initial majority shareholder. Since 2017, the network has undergone significant changes, including a shift in ownership, extensive re-technologization, and digitalization efforts. These changes have also led to major revisions in its editorial policy. Currently, the station operates with a complex media approach, adhering to an Adult Contemporary format that is simultaneously regional and locally focused. This dual approach means it aims to be locally relevant while acting with a regional perspective. The musical programming is a core component of its identity, featuring a selection of music spanning the last three decades, from the 1990s to current hits. The station emphasizes a unique blend and curated selection of tracks as a distinguishing characteristic of its broadcast.
