This radio network has been broadcasting the best classic rock for over 30 years, reaching 82 communities in Central and Northern British Columbia. It exclusively provides commercial radio services to 42 First Nations communities. The programming schedule includes "CP In The Morning" and "Afternoon Drive with The Chad." Special features include "Good Medicine," a half-hour show focused on First Nations health, wellness, culture, traditional knowledge, and spirituality, hosted by Ashley Pimlott and featuring guests like journalist and filmmaker Ossie Michelin and film producer Jesse Bochner. "The Vinyl Frontier" is another featured program. The station also provides news updates, including Indigenous news, weather forecasts, and information on community events. Contests such as "CFNR Birthday Bash" are also a part of the programming. The station also maintains a presence on YouTube and other social media platforms.
