An independently owned adult album alternative station broadcasting at 98.1 MHz and licensed to Salisbury, Connecticut, with studios located on North Broadway in Red Hook, New York. The station reaches the upper Hudson Valley, the northern Harlem Valley, and northwestern Connecticut, and is also heard on translator W290BZ at 105.9 MHz in Red Hook. The FCC allocated the 98.1 MHz frequency to Salisbury in January 1986, and the station received its construction permit in 1988, eventually licensing in 1993 under Willpower Radio, LLC. Studios moved from Sharon, Connecticut, to Red Hook in early 2006. In December 2024 ownership transferred to Brooklyn-based FM Pilot, LLC for $515,000. Programming spans folk, world, blues, rock, and jazz, deliberately mixing genres to create an eclectic sound. The station produces live "Parlour Sessions" broadcasts from national and local artists, and restricts its advertising exclusively to locally owned independent businesses.
