Licensed to the State University of New York at Oswego, this non-profit public radio network operates from studios in the Penfield Library on the SUNY Oswego campus. The network also produces original regional news content and the Campbell Conversations public affairs program. WRCU 90.1 FM in Hamilton and WSUC-FM 90.5 FM in Cortland carry WRVO programming during drive time and off-hours.
