Dieser Radiosender bietet ein vielfältiges Programm.
A secondary HD Radio channel associated with KTTZ-FM (89.1 MHz), a public radio station licensed to Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. The parent station broadcasts news, classical music, jazz, and National Public Radio programming to the West Texas region. KTTZ-FM traces its origins to KLSD, a station launched in January 1973 by the Lubbock Independent School District. The calls changed to KOHM shortly after, reflecting its connection to the district's electronics program. Texas Tech acquired the station in 1988 after the school district decided to relinquish its license, with the university's general manager learning of the available frequency and negotiating its purchase. At the time of acquisition, a more powerful transmitter was activated to expand coverage. The station operates under Texas Tech Public Media and carries reporting from The Texas Newsroom, a statewide journalism collaborative. Coverage areas include Texas state politics, education, public health, and local West Texas community affairs.
