A non-commercial public radio network based in Fresno, California, operating as the only national distributor of Spanish-language public radio programming in the United States. Founded in 1976 by Hugo Morales along with Latino activists, farmworkers, and community members, it became the first full-power FM station to deliver culturally and socially relevant news and information to the Spanish-speaking population of California's Central Valley.
