Dieser Radiosender ist spezialisiert auf Classic Hits, Classic Rock, Adult Contemporary-Musik.
A commercial FM radio station broadcasting a classic hits format to the Flagstaff-Prescott corridor of northern Arizona, operating under the brand name "The Cloud." Programming is syndicated through the ABC Radio Network. In addition to its music schedule, the station carries local high school football broadcasts during the autumn season, airing games of the Bradshaw Bears of Bradshaw Mountain High School in Prescott Valley, with commentary by Matt Showalter. The station signed on in August 1983 under the call sign KSMK-FM with a Top 40/CHR format, operating under the KISS-FM brand. In 1991, the format shifted to adult contemporary, and the call letters changed to KZGL. A further format change in 1996 brought classic rock to the frequency, with the KZGL call letters retained. Two years later, in 1998, the station adopted a modern rock format branded as "The Z," using the slogans "The Total Rock Experience" and "We Just Suck a Little Less." The current identity dates to 2006, when the KKLD call letters and "The Cloud" branding migrated from 98.3 FM to 95.9 FM, accompanied by a shift to a classic hits format. The station is licensed to Cottonwood, Arizona and reaches audiences across the Verde Valley as well as the broader Flagstaff and Prescott markets.
